This page of the website is configured to facilitate easy access to the District’s public records, maintained here for your convenience. You may access the records by clicking on the desired file category shown below, or by hovering over the “Public Records” button in the Menu Bar above and selecting the file category of interest to you from the drop-down list.
The District operates on the same fiscal year (“FY”) basis as other governmental entities. The fiscal year begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th of the following year, and all public records are filed by fiscal year. Per adopted policy of the Board, listings of all routinely updated records (agendas, minutes, etc.) are maintained online for seven (7) years. Archival availability thereafter is governed by Florida Records Retention Schedule, GS1-SL.
