The Harmony Community Development District (CDD) offers a variety of resident amenities, including access to CDD-owned boats on Buck Lake. Through the generosity of Jungle Lasers and Harmony resident, Mark Catanese, an online reservation system has been provided free to the Harmony community.
Please see the instructions below for details on how to reserve a boat for your use.
- Completion of a Boat Orientation class (conducted by the Dockmaster)
- These are held every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- The length of the class is typically around 30 minutes, but could be extended or shortened based on the circumstances.
- Please email cddmaintenance@bermancorp.com for more details and to get signed up.
- Create your account in the Boat Reservation System (after completing orientation)
- For new residents, or if you are creating your account for the first time, please click Create a Registration Account.
- After logging in, you will be directed to select the date and time of your reservation, the boat you wish to reserve, and to complete the Daily Use Reminder Agreement before you submit your reservation request.
- Completion of the Water Recreation Liability Waiver (prior to taking the boat out)
- In lieu of a security deposit, this waiver is required to take the boat out.
- This will be provided by the Dockmaster before your scheduled use of the boat.
- Completion of the Water Recreation Return Form (when returning with the boat)
- This will be provided by the Dockmaster upon your return with the reserved boat.
While this online system serves to expedite the process of reserving a boat, for those residents who prefer not to use an interactive portal, you may still make your reservations by contacting the District Office.
